The YS TOOLS 300mm PCD Diamond Saw Blade is designed for professional panel cutting where clean edges, long tool life, and production efficiency are critical.

Unlike conventional carbide-tipped saw blades, the PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) cutting teeth provide at least 10× longer service life, significantly reducing blade changes, sharpening frequency, machine downtime, and overall tooling cost.

A major advantage of this blade is its ability to produce a clean cut on both the top and bottom surfaces without requiring a separate scoring blade. This makes it an excellent solution for cutting laminated and coated panels where edge quality is important.
