These terms apply to purchases from and use of ystools.ca, operated under the YS TOOLS brand. We serve both business and individual customers in Canada. Questions can be sent to ystools.canada@gmail.com.

Orders and pricing

Please review product specifications, quantities, shipping details and the order total before placing an order. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. You must provide accurate order and payment information and be authorized to use the selected payment method.

If a pricing, stock or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you before making any material change. If we cannot fulfil an order and cancel it, payments collected for the cancelled items will be refunded. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; availability depends on the order stage and applicable law.

Products and safe use

Review dimensions, shank or bore size, machine compatibility and intended materials before purchase. Contact us if specifications are unclear. Cutting parameters are starting recommendations and may require adjustment for your machine, material, tool holding and setup. Follow the tool and machine manufacturers’ safety instructions and operating limits. Stop using damaged tools.

Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility and dispatch information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or damaged; we will review the issue and any remedies required by law.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refund requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible unused standard products require a request within 7 days of delivery and return approval. Used products and custom tools are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Defect concerns are assessed separately. Nothing in these terms or our policies limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website use and privacy

Do not misuse this website, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others’ rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our website content and branding may not be copied or used commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

Updates and contact
